We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us directly before placing your order.

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
• You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is processed and dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Remote Areas: May take additional 1–2 days.

Please note: Delivery timelines may be affected during holidays, promotions, or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• A flat rate of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹499.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may incur an additional fee, if applicable.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed or seems lost in transit, please reach out to us. We’ll investigate and assist with a resolution at the earliest.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with:

• Do not accept the delivery.
• Take clear photos and report it to us immediately.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
