Refund and Returns Policy

At Mom Touch Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of personal care and cosmetic products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The item was damaged during delivery.
• You received a wrong or defective product.
• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

• Products that have been used or opened
• Items purchased during sales or promotional offers
• Change of mind or personal dislike after usage

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with the following details:

• Reason for return
• Supporting images (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product.

3. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund:

• If approved, your refund will be credited within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Exchange/replacement should be requested within 24 hours and the exchange will be delivered in 5-7 working days post approval.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will bear the shipping cost.
• If not, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before the product has been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
